Privacy & transparency.
This demonstration website is designed to help prospective tenants explore PIC’s published leasing categories.
Enquiry handling
The enquiry form creates a draft email in your own mail application addressed to arno@electricelect.co.za. This static site does not process or store submitted form data. Your email provider and recipient may process the message according to their own policies.
Visual accuracy
Spatial illustrations are conceptual artwork, not actual photographs of the property, confirmed units, tenants or completed projects. Dimensions, rentals, availability, tenant suitability and lease terms must be confirmed directly with PIC.
External links
Links to maps or other external services are governed by their own policies. This website does not use a marketing analytics service or nonessential tracking scripts.
